Monthly Massage Membership 

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

You are expected to cancel schedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not contact Idylwild Yoga or show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price for your scheduled service.

CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your membership at any time.  All requests for cancellation of membership must be submitted in writing, and you are responsible for all membership fees incurred until you cancel your membership in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or deny re-enrollment for an indeterminate amount of time if a customer has an unsatisfactory payment history. 

NO ROLL OVER

Monthly sessions do not roll over and must be used within the month.  The only exceptions given will be through written request and approval by Idylwild Yoga.  Of course, in case of illness, please do contact Idylwild Yoga to reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are illness-free. 

SHARE YOUR MONTHLY APPOINTMENT

You may have a friend or family member use your scheduled monthly massage!  Do contact Idylwild Yoga to ensure that we know you are substituting a friend/family member for your appointment.   New clients will be required to complete an Intake Form and Covid Release form either prior or at their first appointment. 

UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You can upgrade your membership anytime to the next massage time interval.  You may also upgrade your massage anytime by paying the $30 difference at the time of your appointment.  For example, if you have a membership for a 60-minute massage, but want to book a 90-minute or 2-hour massage one month, just book that time and bring the payment difference to your massage, or we can send you a separate invoice with the difference to be paid upon receipt. 

WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

Your Monthly Massage Membership includes a least one massage per month at the discounted price (the regular rate less $10).  You can book up to four massages at this rate per month.  You are responsible for booking your massage  through our website or by contacting Idylwild Yoga.  You can book your massage up to 3 months in advance.
