Nothing supports the body better than time for just You! While this can take many forms, Massage is one of my absolute favorites, both to receive and to offer.

AYURVEDIC PRODUCTS

Last, I am carrying a few Ayurvedic products: Triphala powder from Banyan Bontanicals ($12 for spice jar size), and Chyvanprash from SwaStha (developed and curated by my teacher, Dr Pratibha Shah) for $30 per jar.

Triphala is used as an aid in bringing the digestive tract into balance and is typically administered during the change of seasons to nurture the changes that occur in our digestion and immune system during these times. I would suggest consulting with a practitioner of your choice prior to using any Ayurvedic herbs for the first time.

Chyavanprash is a “jam” with the primary ingredient being Amla fruit. “Prash” is another immune support for the body and is often taken daily to promote rejuvenation. Here is a link to read more about Amla fruit and it’s many benefits!
