In response, I have added a Yin Yoga/ Yoga Nidra Class on THIS Sunday, October 22nd, and also on November 18th!!  Both classes are from 2pm-4:30pm.  I know this may seem like a long class time, however, those of you who have attend these classes before with me know how fast the time goes in these classes!! I am always inspired after a class like this, and this class didn’t disappoint!  All this means is that I have even more tools now to support you in feeling your best!  Nerve gliding, or nerve “flossing”, as it is sometimes referred to is another way to address pain.  There are methods to determine whether your pain is muscular related or nerve related and then techniques are used to aid in the relief of the nerve pain. My schedule is filling through the end of the year as I will also be taking off time for Holidays!  Do take some time to get your bodywork scheduled.  An added benefit is the relief you will feel just KNOWING that you have an appointment on the books! This state has also been shown to facilitate deeper healing and learning.
