INTRODUCING A NEW OFFERING!!

BEGINNING FALL/WINTER 2024-25

For a very long time, I have dreamt of offering a similar wellness course to one I took many years ago. The Health Empowerment Course I signed up for in 2010 influenced my life in many ways, beginning with exposing me to the world of Ayurveda. The β€œcommon sense” way of Ayurveda spoke to me in such a way that I KNEW I would one day study it more in depth.

Meanwhile, I began to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into my everyday life. These small changes brought me to a place of feeling more β€œme” than I had felt in a very long time! I had more clarity and focus, and….. patience, along with more compassion, for myself and others. Most of all, I began to feel when I was β€œin alignment” with my life’s purpose and when I was not. Truly listening and developing trust of my intuition, regardless of outside influences, was at the core of this. For me, I was not taught as a child to trust my inner knowing, which had adverse effects for many years. I am forever grateful to the nudges that led me to commit to the course in 2010.

In this light, I bring you Embodied! This course is starting in September and will meet six times one Sunday a month over a 7 month period. We will explore tools to invite you to Embody your Inner Wisdom, using Ayurveda as our guide. Each Sunday will also include a class in my kitchen, in which we cook an Ayurvedic meal to enjoy for our lunch!
