WELCOME TO EMBODIED According to the ancient Indian Holistic medical model of Ayurveda (as well as other ancient texts!), there is a season for everything. For me, Fall is the season in which I feel ready to absorb more information and I often feel the pull to study something new. Maybe this is true for you as well?
