Hi Friends,

June in Maine. I grew up in Maine with June as the “start” of Summer. This month has me revisiting memories of Summers in a family Summer cabin on the island of Sunshine off Deer Isle. The smells and sounds of Summer…. lobster boats humming in the harbors and off shore, a far off buoy bell riding with the swells, the distant threat of a fog bank just visible off shore, blueberry fields warmed by the sun, peonies (my favorite!), and the salt air… I can list so much here. All of these moments required being still with what “is” to receive the offerings of nature and my small world. It is in those instances, and even the memories, that I feel connected to Joy. Just one quiet reminder of the inner core of my being that IS Joy.

Lastly, June and July appointments are filling, both in Scarborough and Surry. If you have not yet made your June appointment, I recommend doing so soon to ensure your desired spot!

July is slightly limited as I will be traveling to Italy the first part of July with my boys on their Latin trip! I am so excited as Italy is one of my favorite destinations ever since I backpacked Italy in my mid-20’s. This has been two years in the making, and I can hardly believe that the time is almost here! Thank you for understanding about my limited July schedule as I make time for this trip with my boys and their classmates.
